The Dalian Method TM


The Dalian Method TM transforms the unconscious belief patterns in the whole body to help permanently treat difficult health problems such as asthma, thyroid condition, chronic pain, fear, anxiety, depression, past trauma, and other physical and psychological ailments. As a Dalian Method TM facilitator, I will guide you through the process and teach you how to practice this method on your own to deepen the awareness and healing that occurs in one private session.

Restorative Yoga


Restorative yoga is a powerful healing practice that regulates the nervous system by slowing it down, naturally
relaxing both the mind and body. Using subtle, supported postures, regular practice can help to heal the effects of
both superficial and chronic stress. It is a relaxation technique that brings the system to a relative state of neutral,
allowing self-restoration to occur.

It is a simple, gentle practice that practitioners and teachers are effectively integrating into a wide range of yoga and
healing modalities.

This practice is designed to relieve the effects of stress.
You can improve how you physically respond to stress using various relaxation practices. Here are a few examples of
how the body responds to active relaxation:

  • The body begins to self-regulate (slowing down, shifting to parasympathetic)
  • Heart rate slows down

  • Blood pressure lowers
  • Rate of breath slows down
The need for oxygen is reduced
Blood flow to major muscles is increased
  • Muscle tension is reduced

  • Sleep patterns are regulated

  • Brain waves begin to slow down

Kundalini Yoga


Kundalini Yoga promotes health, happiness and spiritual awareness. It is a complete science that combines postures
(asanas), movement, sound currents (mantras), breathing (pranayam) and meditation.

Powerful breathing (pranayama) combined with kriyas (exercises)  followed by deep relaxation through meditation
and sound is a Natural Medicine that nourishes the body/ mind/ spirit and all energy systems. 

The kriyas work on strengthening our nervous system, balancing our glandular system, purifying the body and calming
the mind.

Within the practice are built-in moments of stillness where we sit quietly and deepen our connection to ourselves and
our community.

Private Restorative Yoga and Kundalini Yoga sessions are personally designed to meet the needs of each client.
